The first thing I need to do is sell the house. I have a lovely semi-detached in Dieppe, NB (just outside Moncton). It’s in a great location, close to an elementary school. I believe it will sell quickly.

I found a “jack of all trades” to do minor repairs. For example, we had removed a propane stove from our living room and the floor needed to be fixed. Also, there was some crack-filling and painting to be done. I’ve had to be patient, as the worker was not always available.

Currently, I am in the process of sorting through a multitude of items – some I am selling, while others I am preparing for storage. I sometimes find myself unsure if I am making the right decisions, but I have come to accept that it is okay not to have all the answers. I choose not to worry about it and trust that I am making the best choices I can.
